Several treatment options exist for Multiple Sclerosis. Symptomatic treatment are therapies available to manage the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis. Disease-specific treatments (disease modifying therapies) modify the immune system’s activity to decrease the immune attack on the nervous system.
